Work their hours, plan your shifts

UK business hours run from about 1 PM to 10 PM in Pakistan, and US East Coast hours from about 6 PM to 3 AM. Plan shifts around the market you call most, and give the team a clear handover time.

  • UK: roughly 1 PM-10 PM PKT
  • US East: roughly 6 PM-3 AM PKT
  • Check daylight saving changes in March and November

Internet comes first

Browser calling needs a steady connection more than a fast one. Use a wired connection where you can, keep a backup (a second provider or a mobile hotspot), and avoid big downloads on the same line during calling hours.

  • Wired or strong Wi-Fi
  • A backup connection for load-shedding or outages
  • A UPS for the router and modem

A headset, not laptop speakers

A basic USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone removes echo and background noise. Test it before every shift.

  • USB headset with mic
  • Quiet room or partition
  • Test call before the shift

Call from a number they recognise

Customers are more likely to answer a local number. A US, Canadian or UK number lets you call and receive calls as a local business, from your browser in Pakistan.

  • Choose the country you sell to
  • Callbacks ring in your browser
  • Voicemail catches missed calls
